Talking Hands
Use a soft measuring tape. A strip of paper also works — mark it and measure against a ruler.
Position the tape just above your eyebrows, above your ears, and around the widest part of the back of your head.
Keep the tape snug but not tight. Note the measurement in centimetres and enter it above.
Crochet stretches. Our pieces are crafted with natural ease built in. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed, slouchy look — or size down for a classic snug fit. Custom sizing is also available on select products.
The brand. The story. The hands behind it.
The Story
Talking Hands was born out of a desire to make crochet loud again. Not the quiet, grandmotherly craft it's often reduced to — but something raw, expressive, and undeniably street.
Every piece is handmade in Nigeria using premium cotton yarn, designed to move with you and age beautifully. Each stitch carries intention. Each release is limited.
We believe in wearable art. In clothes that start conversations. In the hands that make them.
Every piece is crafted by hand in Lagos. No factory lines. No shortcuts. Each item takes hours to complete.
We use natural cotton yarns, minimal packaging, and produce in small batches to reduce waste.
Built on the energy of Nigerian street culture. Worn by people who refuse to blend in.
