Use a soft measuring tape. A strip of paper also works — mark it and measure against a ruler.
Position the tape just above your eyebrows, above your ears, and around the widest part of the back of your head.
Keep the tape snug but not tight. Note the measurement in centimetres and enter it above.
Crochet stretches. Our pieces are crafted with natural ease built in. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed, slouchy look — or size down for a classic snug fit. Custom sizing is also available on select products.

We want you to love your Talking Hands piece. Here's how returns and refunds work.
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
Custom-sized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective or does not match the measurements you provided at order time.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, pattern, or texture are not considered defects and are not eligible for return on that basis alone.

Include your order reference number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item where relevant.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached, unless the return is due to a defect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (Paystack) or via bank transfer (for manual/WhatsApp-confirmed orders) within 7–10 business days.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping. For any other approved return reason, the customer covers return shipping.
