• All products are handmade. Slight variations in colour, pattern, and texture between product photos and the item you receive may occur — this is a natural feature of handcrafted goods, not a defect.
• We make reasonable efforts to display colours and details accurately, but cannot guarantee your device's display will show exact colours.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

• Where a product offers custom sizing, the measurements you provide are used to make your item to order.
• Custom-sized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is defective or does not match the specifications you provided (see our Refund Policy).

• Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices shown in other currencies via our currency selector are estimates for convenience; you will be charged in Naira unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely through Paystack, or, where stated, via bank transfer confirmed through WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.
